great location , but could improve on pool comfort

The location is excellent, just a short walk to the shopping mall and gym. The breakfast spread is excellent, with options like omelettes and fresh pastries that started my day right. The desk in the room was spacious, perfect for my laptop work, accommodating my needs comfortably. I appreciated the city view from my room.

The pool area lacks cushions on the lounge chairs, making it less comfortable for extended use.

We booked a deluxe room, it was top quality.

The breakfast is reasonable for everyone including pastries, had fabulous food. The positives include magnificent and absolutely perfect location and parking on site.

The location was absolutely perfect, you can visit Trans Studio Mall Bali by walking. Btw, the airport was 10 km away. We booked double room and could use wake-up service, available in it.

The location is super chill, only 2 mins to the shopping mall. The room was comfy with a decent desk for work, and the pool area was nice to relax, just gotta ask for towels. Breakfast buffet was awsome, lots of choices like indonesian and american food. Plus, staff were really friendly and helpful, they even helped me celebrate my birthday with a free cake!

I had a blast dining at the breakfast buffet with its amazing variety, and the floating breakfast was a good treat for my birthday! The fitness room was a letdown with outdated equipment, but overall, I'd definitely stay again.

The hotel's location made it easy to access a shopping mall about a few minutes away, and I particularly enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet that offered a variety of options each morning. The staff were courteous and very accommodating, promptly facilitating a room change to grant me the quieter sunset view I preferred. my experience was delightful and I would certainly return in the future.

The fitness center lacks modern equipment, and the existing machines have various issues, like a stationary bike that wobbles and an elliptical that stalls intermittently. Insects was good, although they mostly disappeared after fumigation efforts. The bathroom had a noticeable odor when the door stayed closed and the mini-fridge failed to keep items cool, just inconvenient, especially in warmer weather.
